As some of you may or may not know, I’m currently in Las Vegas at the Create and Connect Show, also known as Summer CHA. I hadn’t pre-planned my Easy Peasy Christmas Card for today. So I had come up with a brilliant plan. I figured the make n takes at the show would have to be somewhat Easy Peasy, right? As luck would have it I found one that I think is easy but it can be longer than 5 steps, so I’m giving today’s card a little leeway 😉

This card was designed by the wonderful folks at Lawn Fawn and put together by me.

Card measures 5 1/2 x 4 1/4
-stamp all images with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink ie. tree and base on patterned paper and little ornaments on white card stock
-colour in tiny ornaments with Copic markers
-place all elements to be die cut on cutting plate and run through, all done in one pass! Tree, base, ornaments, and red piece of cars stock. The only thing is that you’ll need to tape down the die for the tiny ornaments so they don’t slide out of place
-assemble card
-add embellishments such as sequins and Mistletoe twine

It’s a fun, colourful card! I would so do this card again. At the time of this posting, I don’t have the exact name of this stamp and die set by Lawn Fawn as well as the papers but I will add it once I find out along with links and such. (It is quite the challenge to blog from an iPad too)

  1. I love the idea of making Christmas cards throughout the year so you have a whole collection ready. I already shop that way. I will definitely start making some. (Checking out your other ideas, of course.)
