If this is the first time you’re just joining us…WELCOME to my Friday weekly installment on quick and easy to make Christmas cards. By making a few here and there will avoid the rush later 😀
If you’d like more details, please click either the Easy Peasy Christmas Cards tab at the top (if you’re viewing directly from the blog) or click here to take you to the Easy Peasy Christmas Cards Page OR go to the Easy Peasy Christmas Cards Pin Board on Pinterest to see them all.
Have you ever had one of those creative stints where you’ve got all these great ideas but when you try to put it to practice it doesn’t turn out every single time? UGH! Welcome to my night! hahahaha! *sigh* So this explains my super simple card for tonight! As you know, I just love Clean and Simple Cards (CAS) and as the saying goes…less is more 🙂 Well that’s my reasoning for the night and I’m stickin’ to it! 😉
Card Measures 5 1/2 x 4 1/4
-Stamp image in red ink (I used Vermillion Archival Ink)
-sprinkle clear embossing powder over top and heat
-stamp sentiment in green ink (I used Library Green Archival Ink)
Like I said, super easy card! Don’t feel that you have to colour in line art images. Especially with this cutie patootie by Kenny K! If you’ve got one that you really like, use as is. You can accent some parts here and there with glitter pens, fun flock, liquid pearls, etc. It can still be quick and easy or use it as a spring board for something a little more elaborate.
