Penny Black Christmas Elegance ~ Drunken Stampers Challenge #47

Are you ready for Christmas? I can’t believe it’s ONLY a week away and I’m no where near ready! I can’t believe how fast this fall has just zipped by!
We’ve been having the pleasure of my mother in law’s company this week, she’s visiting from Ontario. It’s been tonnes of fun and yes…we did the LSS crawl yesterday to our fave places! Talk about fun, fun, fun! (actually the sales out there right now are really good!) We haven’t had the chance to play…yet! 😉
So yes, I’ve been a little absent from blogging but I figured you might have gotten a little of an overload from the 12 tags!

This week’s Drunken Stamper challenge is good for 2 weeks as we’ll be taking a break next week and it is to make a Christmas Card in your own style. We just want to see what is truly your style!

As many of you know, elegance is my go to style that I absolutely love! I had a little fun using this Penny Black Stamp, Christmas Usher.

I originally wanted to keep it silver, blue and white but it just didn’t seem right, so adding the red foil accent just made it pop!

Here’s a closer up to see here microfine glittered skirt popped up as well as a look at the popped up fun flock tree:

One thing that’s really tricky is to photograph the card without getting a reflection or glare from the foil.

Be sure to visit the Drunken Stamper Challenge Blog to see what my friends have come up with for this challenge.

Thanks for taking the time to visit today and enjoy your fabulous day!
