Twilight Inspired and a Guest Designer at Drunken Stampers

It’s almost here!! The 3rd movie inspired by the Twilight book series, Eclipse! Now both Peggy and I are Twilight fans and enjoy the books and the movies. The movie is opening up on Wednesday so we thought it would be fitting to have a Twilight inspired challenge over at Drunken Stampers!

Now another fellow stamper is a new fan but she’s fallen really hard for everything Twilight! We’ve made a date (our spouses didn’t want to go! LOL) to see the movie at 12:01am on Wednesday (yup really late or early however you look at it…talk about die hards, eh?? LOL) soooo how could I not invite her to play along with this weeks challenge???!! My fabo friend Lisa Strahl popped by the Drunken Stampers lounge so we could get to know her a little better and of course do a Twilight card! 🙂

I did a quickie card using the Edward inspired stamp by The Greeting Farm, Copics and used paper from the “A Proper Gentleman” collection by Graphic 45, it made me think of the time Edward grew up in.

What’s in it:
Paper: Java Bazzill, A Proper Gentleman (Graphic 45)
Stamp: Edward (The Greeting Farm)
Ink: Black Memento
Embellishments: Kaiser Pearls
Copics: E0000, E000, E35, E37, E39, E49, C7, 0.

I’ve been in a brown mood lately! LOL No craziness today for me, heading over to a bridal shower today and hopefully another tomorrow. Weddings are in the air, that’s for sure!

Thanks for visiting! Enjoy your first weekend of summer!! 🙂

Love,

  1. Hi Spike, I like this card very much. It looks simple but is very masculine, and sure fits a time not so long ago. Glad to hear you and Lisa got together.
