Cards – Use of Embellishments

That was the category that I had entered this card into at the Chilliwack fair this past summer. I didn’t have a chance to share it here with you. One way to help inspiration is competition, it gets you to stretch and push yourself. This is one of my most favourite cards. The pin with rhinestones coupled with the decadence of thick white satin ribbon is soooo my happy place. 🙂

I can happily say that it had won a blue ribbon. YIPEE! 😀

What’s in it:
Paper: Black and White Linen (Bazzill)
Embellishments: Labels Four (Nestabilities/Spellbinders), White Pearls (Kaiser), Pearl Hat Pin, Pin (Fabricland), Swiss Dots EF (Cuttlebug/Provo), White Satin Ribbon

Thanks for dropping in today and have an absolutely fabulous Friday!!

  1. Congratulations on winning the blue ribbon for this. I can certainly see why – this is a gorgeous card. The black and white is so striking and what an amazing embellishment.
