WAHOO! It’s Wednesday! For today’s Cuttlebug Challenge Blog – Be Inspired Challenge, we were to come up with something that uses numbers. And the sponsor on the blog is Elle Studio where the winner of the challenge will receive a set of calendars!
Here’s what came to mind when I thought of numbers!
As my friends and I will be reaching this Birthday milestone soon (in the next few years or so! 😉 ), I thought that it wouldn’t hurt to start making cards for the occasion! I kept this card very simple and just used black and white. I couldn’t wait to crack open my new set of inverted scalloped Nestabilities either!! *teehee* I wanted to use silver liquid pearls but unfortunately, the bottle had dried out! 😦 (anyone know how to fix that??? I’ve dried adding water but it’s a no go!) But it then gave me the excuse to haul out the Silver Fox Smooch. Now Smooch isn’t dimensional as liquid pearls are but it still has a luscious sheen and as usual the photos do not capture it well! I couldn’t find a sentiment that I had liked so I had printed out a sentiment using the computer.
Paper: Bazzill Black Linen, Whisper White (SU)
Stamp: Friendship Alphabet (CTMH)
Embellishments: Small Inverted Scalloped Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Large Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Numbers EF (Cuttlebug), Silver Fox (Smooch)
Don’t forget to mark in your calendars that May 1-3 weekend!! It will be loads of fun with tonnes of prizes! Now be sure to head on over to the Cuttlebug Challenge Blog to see how my DT friends fared with the number challenge!
Enjoy your wonderful Wednesday and thank you for taking the time to drop in!
