With parts left over from another card, I wanted to give Changito a nouveau look not so much metrosexual but hmmmm maybe Changito is a girl? Oh, who knows?? LOL He/She can shovel the snow that lands on the blog! 
With this card, I outlined the larger snowflakes with my good ‘ole Sakura glitter pen as well as the ones around Changito and the pom-pom on his toque. He was looking he needed something so I drew in a frame with a 005 micron pen. (that thing is sooo tiny, I just love it to touch up mis-stamped areas!) Wow…I can’t believe I refrained from using Shimmerz on this! I must be getting sick or something! LOL
